Caller representing RACQ selling policy upgrades. I called RACQ back myself to check the authenticity of this call and RACQ was a bit unclear. I would block this number as it's only to do with updating your policy.

These are sometimes harassing calls from some call center company selling RACQ insurance products. Very rude at times when you tell them that you are not interested. Either add your number to the DND registry as they continue to keep calling otherwise.
