in the passed few weeks I have been receiving phone calls & messages from various numbers including this one. Obviously my number has been 'sold' to call centres. This is very annoying, good thing that I don't answer calls unless I know who the person is.

Constantly rings , no message and when lve rang number from public phone , it's a voice mail with no reference to any particular bussiness.. Will block number but only after l give them a hard time.

These folk are predators on the elderly and gullible. Truly despicable! If I don’t know the number, I don’t answer.

I let it ring out as I didn't recognise the number from Contacts. They left no message (always sus). Turned my phone to not show my caller ID and called back. Got a message about extension 484 and leave your message. Saw the comment on this page from 13 May 2020 re mobile number 0488 824 504 and dialled that - got the same message so its the same scam. Blocked both numbers. Done.

Caller: Said they were calling from Guardian Group

Lady called, identified that she was calling from Guardian Financial and then proceeded to ask whether I was aware of the fees and charges on my superannuation account. I told her that I was not interested in changing my superannuation account and she replied in a very rude tone that she was not calling about changing my super account, she was asking whether I knew what my current fees and charges on my account are. SO, do I know? I said "yes, but it has got nothing to do with you, I did not ask you to call me and I am not happy with the tone of your voice when you are interrupting my day" and I terminated the call.

This number called me 5 times in one day. No message

Keeps calling and when I finally answered it was a call center from you know where?? Not wanting to sell anything but.... so I hung up and they have called another couple of times and I haven't answered...

I spoke to him for too long before I sniffed a rat. Hopefully my information is safe. Asked many questions about my super and my husbands. Was nice, but a little too nice. I pretended the connection was bad, then he called me back twice on a mobile ‭0488 824 504‬. Feel silly that I spoke to him for so long before I realised what was going on.

indian guy trying to book phone appointment regarding super advice. When I told him I don’t discuss financial matters over the phone he told me he would contact ATO to have my account blacklisted.

Claims to be a Super search company and I apparently have lost super. Scam.

Caller: Gardian or Garda not sure

Foreign Chap called from a Brisbane land line number. Offering assistance with my super, the SG, consolidations, Insurance. I asked if he was trying to sell me something. NoSir says he, just offering our services. Funny thing is: He freaked out when I stated the name of the super fund I work for and his role is like what I do only I am RG146 compliant. There ended the call.

same BS as above, i said not interested, he aggressively said he would pass our number on to the ATO and smugly said Goodbye

Unanswered called left no message, called back to dodgy answering machine. Scam caller.
