I picked up, said "hello" waited approx 20 seconds (heard them breathing...still no reaction, said "hello" yet again & they disconnected??? That would be the second call then, no doubt from the same "party" realizing they'd canvassed me a fortnight or so ago & hadn't read my "reply notations"... duuhhhhhhh !

Answered the phone and no one at the other end. P*sses me off.

This is a computer which dials your number, hangs up when you answer but now knows you're home and will automatically dial your number for the next 'live' call centre employee.
