I, also, receive these calls repeatedly. I am sick and tired of these aliens with their strong accents, invading my privacy. Wish I could give them a piece of my mind, face to face, that is!!

Rude ignoramus trying to sell solar. First they ask for someone by name. Clearly just a sneaky tactic. I'm in a shopping centre - as soon as they realise that they just hang up. Tried to call them back to give them a blast but their message bank was "full". I'll bet it's full!

Solar rebate scammers with strong Indian accent. They always give fake names like "Mike" or "Tony" or "Karen" lol.

Indian accent. Solar panels. Keeps ringing 2-3 times a day. Usually I ignore, but thought I would try the tack of asking him to send their privacy policy before ringing again. Wait and see. Told him I would complain about harassment given that I had asked not to be contacted.

I keep asking for this person on (07) 3053 5951 to stop calling as we have solar, but they still ring, so now I tell them "no" and they then get a local company to call and make arrangement to come out to talk, so far, I let the company know that I have solar, if they keep calling I'm going to stick to my story of not having solar, when the company comes out and wasting their time, maybe, just maybe they'll stop using this method. as I'm on the no call list, the company can be prosecuted as far as I know.

This number and others of "07" prefix at predictable times each day. Dunno why QLD keeps wanting to call VIC. Obviously a fully automated international VoIP service. I always screen calls and simply ignore them and they never leave a message. I consider it a good daily test to see if my VoIP line is still working. It is easy to ignore the phone as true callers will leave a message. With increasing robocalls these days you can't take the phone too seriously and most people are using mobile phones anyway (which are MUCH more expensive for these idiots to call).

Because the DNC register does not stop the dishonest...it only stops legitimate businesses. Besides, their real telephone number, mostly an OS one , is hidden behind this seemingly 'local' number. You need a telephone that blocks selected numbers.

still at it on the 16 May 2017, the same girl ran twice, within a minute of each call, both times asking for different people, just tell them you have solar already, seems to work for a while. And yes we are on the do not call register and have a private number. They are from the sub-continent and clearly don't give a crap about the do not call register as it seems its virtually impossible to hold them accountable. Another number added to the blocked list.

I had enough! (07) 3053 5951 calls couple of time a day, hanging up when I answer! They initially offered me solar panels , rebates and other stupid sales s... told them I am not interested and they are disturbing me daily now. I have to find way to fight this, it is not acceptable. I'll keep you posted, manpower can do a magic :) Snezana

If they are in Brisbane why do they want to talk to Tassie about solar in the middle of winter when we get no sun?
