Just received a call from (07) 3053 4003. Saying "you are with Telstra from next month on wards your bill will drop if you join us" claiming to be Optus.

funny how when you call that number back and the message you get is please leave a message, and oh sorry the message bank is full

They called my work and nobody there.

No wonder we scream at cold callers when we finally do get to talk to one.

They call twice a day on the business line. I do not answer. Started a week ago. This sought of thing is getting out of control. We get these sought of calls several time a day, every day, About time the Government did something about it! I am at the stage where I will not answer the phone unless I recognise the number :(

scammers hang up as soon as we answer

I am getting calls from this number at both my home and business numbers. At home I can see the call log and have been rung by this number up to 10 times in one day. for the business number they just hang up when they hear the name of the business.

This number has rung several times and not left a message.
When I called back (just to see) I heard a message in an American electronic voice to leave my details. No way.
