I called back number (07) 3046 2835 reached IVR for a company called Australian Property Advisory Service.

This number has only called me once, but I knew to use this page to find out about it. I have my number on the do not call list. I am finding an interesting coincidence though, every time I write an email as part of a campaign for a cause to an MP, I get a lot of spam emails and weird phone numbers calling me from the next day onwards.

THis number calls me every day twice once on my land line then straight to mobile number , when i answer no one is there .

Getting calls from this number now after I blocked the first number that has called me every day from 5pm onwards over and over.. now this is the number is calling me. So far today twice from 5pm onwards. BLOCKED this one..

16 calls across a monthly period to a number which is on a do not call register. Callers never leave a message. Never a person who answers if I return call. Reply to the number get their message bank "saying call is important to us etc. etc" Requested number be taken off their automated call out register. Threatened them with action from Telecomms Ombudsman. Calls now starting to appear from (07) 3041 3901.

Continuously receiving calls from the same company and number mentioned here, after approx 20 calls with a mixture of dead air hang ups and missed calls, I finally spoke with a person, who advised previous attempts of me calling back was not possible and the voice message service does not advise this business with notification that a message has been received to call the person back. When speaking with this lady, she advised her name and the company she was representing she was the unfortunate person that received my barrage of complaints above this number. She said she wasn't the person trying to call me but I said I didn't care due to the above mentioned harassment from this number/company. I then requested that without the following actions that I would be placing the company details and the recorded number of calls into a report which would be supplied to the Telephone Ombudsman, the ACCC and any further action required to remove this business practice the company feels is a legal sales and business method of what I consider a form of harassment.
I requested, my number be removed from their database and any further personal details retained by the business she was representing. I requested this in form of written confirmation stating the business name and their ABN... She then politely thanked me for my time and hung up on me. Called back, left a message for the woman I spoke to, no answer. Rang back left a message with my name and number requesting a call back. Still no reply. Have documented, this post and all recorded calls specific to this phone number and business name and will be reporting in the method I threatened them with.
"The Squeaky wheel gets the oil" people! Make it hard for them to conduct business this way and have governing bodies follow through as they will be fined just for investigating 1 substantiated claim of harassment.

I have been getting calls from this number almost few times every day for last few weeks , looking at the comments above realised this is a scam. only once they called an asked a name, I said wrong number since then getting calls > I wish this scammer will die soon.

Also gotten calls from this number told them don't own home various times when saying I put down in a questionnaire that I did I think the online quiz doesn't recall the correct responses entered
