Wanted to ask questions about verifying some business details but could not elaborate what for. Didnt give them any information, seemed dodgy.

Sounded Asian asking business there has to be something done every phone call is a scam Telstra has to stop it. Selling numbers over sea anoying the sh*t out of people.nit to mention the scams.

Scammers trying to obtain information about the business. Once I advised the owner was unavailable, they hung up!

My number is supposed to be on do not call register so how does that work

Caller: I did not recognise the name of the company

Caller knew my business name, address & partnership details. Don't know what the call was about. Caller said was just confirming my details. Scary that they already knew so much. I terminated the call.

Time for the Australian telecommunications industry to get tough on telespammers. How can they even purchase/access Australian numbers to call from? Throw them in an Indian prison for 5 years if they call.
