I got the same call - definitely a SCAM!

The final line made me laugh: "I will have to issue an arrest warrant and get you!"

Got a recorded voicemail from an automated voice, saying from the taxation office and that if I did not call back immediately an arrest warrant would be issued - scam

Got a missed call from this number (07) 3040 8352. Then about 40 minutes later, I received a voice mail text message. I did not listen to the voice message.

However, I did try ringing this number twice, and the number was 'busy'.

I don't believe this is a legitimate number at all.

Definitely a scam. Was cheeky enough to leave half a message saying was taxation department.

I just got a missed phone call and a voice mail message from an automated voice saying there was a law suit against my name from the Tax Office and I needed to call the number back immediately... scam.

Caller: The person said his name was : David Smith with a strong Indian accent

I just received a call from (07) 3040 8352 - looked like a scam. anyone had same experience?

Received a robotic voice claiming a case against me was being filed by the ATO. Threatened to arrest me if I did not respond.

I received the same voicemail from "AUST TAXATION DEPT" threatening a lawsuit. Said i must return the call or they will warrant an arrest.

I called back number (07) 3040 8352 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

This was a robotic message re a law suit getting filed under my name and that I should call immediately to avoid an arrest warrant being issued.
No company name and didn't mention my name (just said under my name) - Scam

I got a phone call from robotic on voicemail Its from tax office but I have call back they start laughing So I decided to call back on private number before the phone number was busy seems like they don’t except private numbers I think it’s hundred percent scam

They called me saying I've committed tax fraud but I've never filed for income tax return lmao

Received call with robotic message about a ATO law suit against me to call them or they send police to arrest me. Very similar to the scam in USA.
