I received a call from this number from someone called Brett who advised me he was calling from the DO NOT CALL REGISTER?????? So why are you calling me????? WTF really! I asked who he was calling, and he repeated that he was calling from the do not call register. He then hung up on me.

This lot just tried to scam us saying that they were from the Telstra Technical Department. When my wife told the guy that she was not interested, he raised his voice and asked why not. She then hung up.

Just called pretending to be Telstra. Told me they would guide me through to give them access to my computer. I hung up on him and he tried calling back from the same number and again from a private number.

I have had about 15 calls from this number today and I leave the answering machine on now. They never say anything even when you pick up.

14 missed calls from these nuff-nuffs (07) 3018 7514) overnight, 11 calls just today! Had enough - why can't the government do something about this? The other day they asked me for access to my PC - so I said...well, you can imagine what an irate Aussie would say. The other day I answered from a different number and said they were in Sydney, so I said what's the weather like there, they said its sunny and warm...this is a day where it was 11 degrees and bucketing down!! Seriously, what can be done about this??

They just rang to tell me that they are disconnecting my internet for 3 months as i am having too many problems with it. I found some words in my vocabulary for them that i didnt even know i had. Scamming bastards. They will also ask you to press the windows icon at the bottom of your keyboard and the r button at the same time. This is how they access your computor. Please do not do what they ask and hang up immediately. Telstra, microsoft and windows have never called me for anything even if i wanted them to so i strongly suggest we band together and tell these a**holes we aren't going to be scammed.

Rang up and not sure if they identified themselves from a company but asked 2 questions of whether I had been in and accident or had a car accident in the last 3 years. No to both questions and they then hung up? Not sure what they were after!

Just got a call from this number. He said that he'd had a report of an accident, and this was the number associated with it. Had I had an accident?
"Um, no."
