Caller: Debt collectors ebay

They are nothing but bottom feeding scum.
I don't owe them any money at all and if they keep calling me I will have them for harassment.

It is illegal for debt collectors to call more than 3 times per day. They do it about 7 times a day, including weekends and public holidays. I answered once, they wanted my name address etc, i said im driving - i cant speak. Never answered again. I will deal with EBAY directly, not those scum.

Caller: eBay Collection house - SCAM

These people use multiple phone numbers, texts and emails to try and collect outstanding ebay fees.
They are a true scam and are relentless.
I have been harassed by them for over 6 months - 5-7 calls A DAY!

I called back number (07) 3017 3580 spoke to a woman who said I've reached Collection House.

That's nonsense! it is NOT illegal for them to specify who they are ... they're just doing that BECAUSE THEY HAVE UNETHICAL BUSINESS STANDARDS and they're simply trying to con you to identify yourself!

This number rings me every day! When I call back, I'm answered by elevator music which lasts for about 22 seconds ... then a voice recording says, "thank you for calling ... all our representatives are currently engaged, please leave your name, reference number and phone number, and we will call you back asap, thank you and have a great day" ... then it's cut off by another voice recording that says, "is unavailable, please leave a message after the tone" ... AT NO POINT does it indicate who the hell they are ... no company name ... so what reference number you're meant to provide them is a mystery! EVIL, DEGENERATE LOWLIFE scammers no doubt!!!

Ugh!!! Sounds like YOU'RE the annoying caller ... TRYING TO CATCH PEOPLE OUT BY BEING DEVIOUS!!!!!! If you ask me ... THAT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!! That's such a crock! What does it matter whether you specify the name of your company? To anyone else reading this ... this number IS a collection agency ... they're called CLH Group .. and they have TERRIBLE reviews for the way they conduct their business! AVOID them!

Collection House is not spam. It's a debt collection agency. They are not allowed to tell you who they are by law until they have verified that they are speaking to the correct person. You wouldn't like them to tell someone pretending to be you about a debt would you? If you have an outstanding debt you would do better to answer the call and enter into a payment arrangement. Not answering is just going to get you into more debt.
