It is actually illegal for debt collectors to call and not state who they are. So obviously is a dodgy agency. Probably best to know your rights before calling people Debtors. Considering you dont know that individuals circumstances and whether they actually Have a debt. Could be someones old no.... etc....

Rude c*nts called my mobile and my home phone at 7.30am and woke up my whole household. I have no intentions of paying ANZ another f*cking cent and Collection House doesn't sue so my advice is to ignore they debt until it becomes statue barred and in the mean time if you have an iPhone you can block the (07) 3017 3200 number or just abuse the living sh*t out of these low life bottom feeders who extort money out of people for a living. This woman rings sometimes 3 times a day and several times per week. She continually asks my name. I ask hers and where she is calling from. She won't answer. She screams abusively over the top of me. I ask her to stop harassing me and I do not give her permission to call this number. I never give her my name or say yes to the name she asks for. I tell her continually to put anything she has to say in writing. I have never received any mail. Several times she calls from a "No Caller ID" number. At this stage I have no idea what she wants. If she is a business person she is rude and a disgrace.
