repeated calls from this number although i have a silent number. They were looking for someone with a similar name and spoke with my seventeen year old son.Very rude and tried to get information out of him as if he was the one they were looking for to cover a debt. At least he had the forthought to tell them to stop calling.

Had an unanswered call then a text message from a Darlene asking to call back. After reading all other feedback here it seems that that she’s some kind of debt collector. I have no debts so not sure why she’d be calling me? Has to be a scam.

I found them to be easy and friendly to deal with. They set up an affordable payment plan in a couple of minutes on the phone and offered a discount on the dept should we have the funds to pay it out in the future. Obliviously if you be rude and uncooperative they will be the same back. Yelling at people and calling them names when they are just trying to do their jobs just makes things worse.

Debt collection company chasing to recover debts on behalf of multiple companies. Very persistent and ignorant, call many times a week and are looking for my ex not me, but won't stop ringing..😡

I recieved a call and didn't answer out of precaution. If it's regarding ANZ debts as everyone seems to be claiming, then the call is definitely illegitimate. I've never had a lending product before.

Had some 12 year old called Shannon call about an ANZ debt. Better luck next time Shannon as I have now blocked your phone number of (07) 3017 3200 and you wont be calling me any more. Collection House is such a loser company - google them as past employees dont have nice things to say. Decided to check out the website and what kind of board of directors they have all a bunch of rich c*nts who never worked a proper day in their life.

They called and asked for your personal details. I ask for reason of call, they said they would not say until i give them my date of birth ect ... Something relates to ANZ debt, i called ANZ and they said i have no debt with them! Its SCAM!!! Be aware!!!!

Random Calls, never leave a message. I dont answer unknown numbers and I have turned the ringer off on my landline, so many scammer calls!
