Keep phoning but don’t leave a message.

Probably a scam, no voicemail message phone virus protection comes up with potential fraud, so I just blocked & deleted

Well, well well. The plot thickens. Some woman on the phone tells me that she was representing youth suicide and hat I could donate 3 type of amounts.

I asked whether they had a website and she said they did but found that the best way for people to donate was over the phone. I was more than happy to donate via their website and told her all my donations come via a website.

With that she said 'okay bye bye have a great day!'

Don't try scamming one of Victoria Police Force's finest!!!

Called, but no response when I answered

I’ve gotten 8 calls, all with a variation of this number, and all located in Cleveland qld. They never answer. It’s a scam

5 times in one week this number has called.. I dont even answer it now..Time to block..It's a scam..

Sweet talking lady would like me to donate and help end/reduce domestic violence. Ok I said and how? She said $30 or $60 or a greater amount. I said but how? She quietly said they prefer direct debit. Sounds like a scam to me, I told her so and said goodbye.

Caller: Said her name was Lucy Edwards from the Fundraising centre..

I don't donate over the phone so said No thanks and hung up.

The funny(not) thing about these calls is that I never hear my phone ring, I just find a missed call when I look at my phone and it usually happens when I'm expecting a call and don't want to block it until I've checked online to see if it's a potential scam... but I never call them back, I think that's too risky...

I have also received several calls from this number and no message. It is easy to tell that it is a scam as Cleveland phone numbers start with a 3 not as 2.Have blocked the number.

This number called and we missed it. When we call back the number, a recorded message that states "this number is not in service"

Therefore the number (07) 2809 3404 is either being 'spoofed' or is being used to call out but not receive calls.

It falls under suspicious and should be avoided or blocked. Possible SCAM

I got another call from a number I don't know and didn't answer. Another scammer no doubt.
