Answered with hello then got the dial tone

Answered then they automatically hang up. Probably recording your voice.

Left a message saying $299 was to be deposited from my account with options to press certain numbers to speak with representative. Voice was computer generated.

claimed they were from Telstra and that my ip had been exposed in a leak. Think it's probably a scam! Asked them to send me an email. They did have my email address.

An automated system waited for my hello and then connected me to an agent. Said they were "Telstra" and they called me to say my IP address was public not private. She questioned, 'do I know what my IP address is?' I said, yes and everything is fine. She got agitated, 'Why don't you fix it?!' I don't need that agro. Most likely a scam. Treat with caution.

Call from Brisbane QLD, probably a scam call

Did not answer. No voicemail left.

Scammer left voice mail message about fraudulent ebay transaction and asking to press 1. Identified as spam by Telstra

Caller: Something Internet

Told me that my IP address was changed from private to public! Asked "do you know about that?" I said, "Yes I know about computers and I know about scammers", they hung up!

My phone picked it as suspected spam so I’ve blocked it now
