Automated scam call, pretending to be Visa.

Recieved a call from a woman with an Indian accident (call centre chatter in the background). Apparently there is a problem with my Telstra NBN - 3rd one of these in 6 months. i took the piss for a minute then asked whether she knew i worked at Telstra - said she did but then hung up.

Caller: scammer

scam call pretending to be Telstra. I had to have some fun with them, kept them on the line for ages, he wanted me to check my modem saying that there was something wrong with it. I made mention of him being a scammer pretending to be from Telstra, but he persisted, he then wanted me to be at my PC, and wanted to know what key was next my ESC on the keyboard, I said I have an "M" key, he was dumbfounded, I told him it's a special keyboard that I use to track scammers... he hung up!

When answered the call hung up. Probably automated calling. Blocked.

"Voice mail box is full and cannot accept any messages at this time. Goodbye."
Probably full of complaints! So frustrating. Number changed slightly.

Called, I answered and they immediately hung up

I didn't answer then got two more calls from similar numbers - (07) 2113 2449 and (07) 2113 2443.

Pretend to be from telstra nbn, clearly overseas call center - I don't even have nbn

I got a call from this caller - probably a scam !

Saying they were paypal and my account was to be debitted
