Caller: claimed they were the tax office

It was an automated voice saying they were from the tax office and something needed to be done and I was in big trouble - cant recall their exact words. This call clearly was from another country as their terminology was not correct. I didn't hang on to listen to their drivel as they were wanting me to take certain action whilst on the phone. I also suspect this was not from another mobile (but from one of those places that use technology to fool us) and a fake mobile number was overlayed so I would answer the phone instead of showing private number.
