Caller: Telstra scam organisation

Said they were from Telstra. Asian voice. I said Telstra had terrible customer service ... they hung up on me. So a SCAM.

Knew all my details, email, phone and address. Offering 50% discount but I needed to reset my password via an email link.
How did she have all my information is my concern?

Caller: Scammer

Claiming to give 50% off my Telstra bill. I asked them to email me and the person cited a very old email address that I don't use anymore. I called them out, and they hung up on me.

Caller: Scam - Said they were Telstra

Asian voice, said she was from Telstra billing department and were giving me 50% off, obviously a scam, hung up on her

SCAM!!!
Said they were from the Telstra billing department (calling from a mobile phone). I don't have any Telstra accounts.

Said they are from Telstra and had all my details

Said from Telstra , had changed my phone number & put in an order for another internet account with in 3 minutes
