Called and knew my full name asking about Superannuation Check, speaking too fast and had accent of a scammer.

Asking my name Philippine accent

Caller: Offered a Superannuation Check

Foreign sounding lady - could hear a busy office sound in background - knew my first name - offered Superannuation Check - i said no as at work - she hung up the call!
Also getting lots (2 to 3 a day) of fake texts for parcel delivery with a link to select - Blocking all such senders!! So annoying!

Rang and said something in an Asian accent they hung up immediatly after

Rang to apparently confirm to me some details about my superannuation but ended up asking my personal details and my marital status. Blocked them straight away.

Tried to call back but said that the number was incomplete

Asked about my super fund, they already knew my name and wanted to know what state I lived in and how old and how my super fund was managed. I was super sus on them and was really blunt to them lol. Safe to say I have know blocked

Rang elderly dad's mobile phone, this Asian lady and knew dad's first and last name, probably listed and said about Super. I said Dad's already retired, in his 80s and has been paid super past 11 years from Mum's super account as she had passed on. She said thank you, have a great dad and ended the call. Dad's hearing is poor so the phone is on super loud and I still answer it or no one does, thank goodness for our landline
