Caller: Harrasment

This person apparently goes by the name Desmond, or other people from this phone number call churches around Australia. 
I received one today; I let it go to the answering machine first, was breathing heavily, then hung up. He called another church, not knowing that our parish has four churches with different numbers but share the same auto attendant phone system.
Answered:
Asking questions regarding sexuality, celibacy, sex before marriage, and much more inappropriate personal and sick questions, etc.
He does not like to be questioned himself.
It is best not to go into conversation at all.
Block it.
Reported to authorities for harassment.

We have just had the same type of call to the church office. Elderly lady named Desmond, she hung up after I started questioning her back.

I just received a call from the same person. When I attempted to ask them a question... they hung up the phone.

Just had a call from Desmond, same questions as above about sex, celibacy, hypotheticals about living 1000years etc. Was pleasant, didn't swear.

Unknown caller announced themself as Desmond and proceeded to ask questions around religion. Explained I no longer run a church but wanted to converse anyway. Two reasons I was uncomfortable with the call, first is the questioning content - assume hoping to back a bias or raise a challenge. Second, potential for scam - appears to ask a lot of personal information shrouded by questions, such as marital status, number of children, location. From a safety perspective did not feel appropriate to continue and when I said that it was a quick hang up.

I Think this man has issues have taken about 3 of his calls and been on the phone for 45min each time. It is possible that he is an offender of some sort.

Had the name Desmond. Sounded like an elderly lady, but said he was in his 30s.
Lots of questions about sexuality, marriage, church, hypotheticals if you lived 1000yrs.
Wouldn't tell me where they lived, but seemed to know some basic info about me from online.

I have received calls from this number twice and the experience/content has been exactly as what others have posted here. Have now blocked.

Same person, same topic of conversation, very inappropriate

Sounds like older lady, asking alot of questions about marriage and sex. Very weird
