They called and put me on hold!!! I hung up and called back and it says this mail box is full. OMG when is the head honcho's at Telecommunications Australia gunna get onto stopping this crap. With todays technologies why the hell cant someone figure this out. Telecommunications can easily set-up, install and commission SIM through the air and bill $$$ so why an they not track these MF's who are defrauding australian citizens. Busts my chops I swear. I answer these calls now so that I can mark who they are and give them the what for! so from the little people LOOK OUT (LOL)

Answered, no response on other line. They hung up after a couple seconds of silence. Called back and can’t get through, apparently their message bank is full.

They allowed it to ring once and then hung up before I could answer.

Leaves an obscure message insisting on an urgent call back - similar to messages from other unknown phone numbers - assume it's a scam, did not return call

This number called me 3 times today does not leave message. Called back message bank is full. Can see from other comments on here it is a scam.

I called back number 0490 127 230 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

Called back and the call disconnects. They call. I call back. They never answer. Seems like someone to avoid by all these other comments.

Fake caller with a middle eastern accent pretending to be "just wanting to contact Sally". I don't know anyone by that name. They asked for personal information. I asked three times where they were calling from .The person said "Just calling from a business". Refused to identify themselves, and gave a fake name. Avoid answering their calls and block.

it is a debt collector generally associated with Telecommunications such as Telstra.

Has called 3-4 times now won't speak when the phone is answered either debt collector, a scammer or just a nuisance caller

This number called last night on my landline number no message left rang back no answer guessing it is someone from a debt collection going by past comments. Have now blocked number

Leaves voicemails asking for Ernest and to call back with a reference number, I blocked their last number and they have changed numbers now.

I have received quite a few calls and they either don't speak or they ask for your details - which they should know better due to all the scam calls that happen on a daily basis. Total Harassment.

i received a call asking me to confirm i know an "adam", they said they were Baycorp but apparently i was the best person to help them locate an Adam? no idea who or how they obtained my full name and mobile i asked them to remove me from the database as i dont know anyone named Adam and wont be able to assist them. not sure what the deal is?

I called back with a concealed number, a guy answered and asked me to confirm who I am. I asked what company they are, he said Baycorp and I just said something like "just wondering, thankyou", he said thankyou and hung up. He wasn't rude, was actually very pleasant. None the less, I generally don't answer to unknown numbers.

Person didn't identify. It was looking some someone with name Jessica, asked for how long I had that number claiming they were able to contact her before through this number (not possible because I have this number for over 7 years).

If you get a call just block.

I answered to a women asking for my mum by her first & last name. I asked who is was & she said her name was 'Ming'. I could hear it was a call centre from all the sound of typing & other conversations in the background.
