I don't answer calls unless they are already in my contacts. 3 missed calls from this number. I always answer with a txt asking who's calling and for them to return txt me.. they never do...

I enjoyed basically same pleasure as the person above.. I answered they hung up after 6 seconds. I didn't block. yet.
