called my phone, did not leave a message, blocked number

Ph rang, I answered, line silent. I hung up. Immediately same number called back and same, silence on end of line.. Possibly scammers testing the connection.
NOT going to ph back to see who it was. If its genuine they will find a way pf contacting me.
