Be Careful. Caller stated they were from Telstra and was ringing about my slow internet speed. Asked to do a speed test (mine is 96 Mbps down and 20 up) and when I told her the numbers she said that there is a big difference between the two and that is causing my internet problems (which it doesn't). She said she would transfer me to her supervisor. He then said that he was going to help upgrade my router and asked me to press Windows+CTRL+Q. This is Windows quick assist that allows others remote access to your PC if you enter the code they give you. At this point I pulled out my trump card and told them I was with iinet. He tried to respond with that it doesn't matter and I replied that it kinda does at which point he hung up.

Missed a call, no voice message left. Returned call, almost real sounding automated female voice answered..." Thank you for calling Experienced Technologies, you are the 10th caller, please wait." According to Google it is some sort of digital product, seems to be a multitude of 'things' listed under that heading. At this point I hung up as I have no need of such 'things'.
