Caller: Said they were from Origin

Call from this number 0488 862 509 where individual from a call centre said they were from Origin Energy and that because their rates were increasing they wanted discuss putting me onto plan better suited for me. Trouble was, I just changed my plan last month (September 2024). I told them thank you and I would call Origin Energy myself to confirm and hung up. I spoke to Origin Customer Service and they confirmed that Origin did not call me. It is clear that number has been spoofed by scammers. I recommend you not answer and just block the number.

Blocked and deleted

Said I owe money on a bill and they were collectors. I owe nothing . Lost my cool . Told them off and hung up and blicked
