Indian voice claiming that my power was going to increase. Have blocked the number as obvious scam/spam

No message left, scammers blocked

Said they were from Energy company and if the electricity is under my name. I said No and asked them to delete my number from their list. Scam call.

Came up as Anne Richmond looks like spam

Came up on my mobile as Anne Richmond (not saved in my contacts, the slight delay when like when it picks up a business name). I don't know anyone by that name and this is the only search result that showed up against the number. Assuming that it is a scam.
