it's happening to me as well. it is annoying since it's been happening since last week.

I called the number and spoke to a girl. She spoke really fast. I think she said she is Victoria a sponsor from Dell Lewis Home Loans giving away $100 to eligible people. very noisy background and very loud in the ear when she spoke. Too fast to understand her clearly so I hung up.
