Caller: Belouis I read all this comments and thinking Belouis was a scam, I didn't go ahead with it, My Sister in Sydney also received a call, she booked the online presentation, and has received her 10 nights free holiday vouchers, and booked her first holiday 3 nights in central coast and nights were free, So there are a lot of comments on here I do not trust anymore.

I have taken them as far as giving me a Woolworths voucher ($100). We already used it :) Now they want my bank statements, employment details etc....
Mark claims to be the owner (Maltese) and that it's a family business.
They seem to be running an attractive business. They offer you an investment property that has not been built and will be paid by rent alone.
This is as far as I will go with this people. They already had my usual contact details. Won't be giving them more.
Nice Zoom presentations they have. LOL

Caller: Belouis I received a call from belouis saying if I'm a home owner and within the right bracket I would be eligible for a free gift in exchange for attending an free online presentation regarding home mortgages. I can confirm the company is legit and I received my $100 Bunnings voucher the day after. Seemed shady at first but they aren't

Caller: Belouis Group Scam. They got my details from ‘Woolworths, Coles or Bunnings’ competition I apparently entered. Said I had won a google home mini and wanted arrange a time for someone to drop it off to my house and drop off a financial planning pack which they would need to stay and talk about for 30 minutes. Asked questions about financial status and how much equity we have on our home loan and said that they were asking to make sure we ‘still qualified for the prize’. Very shady.

Caller: Belouis Got the call, set up zoom meeting and talked to consultant for 45mins. I can confirm I did indeed get a $100 voucher the next day however I did not proceed any further as whether it's shady or not, I don't trust it and don't want to invest in a new investment property through them.

I had exactly the same experience as everyone above. I’m normally so careful and normally hang up right away when I get odd calls, and I’m always warning my parents to be cautious about unsolicited callers. But this one hooked me right away. It was only when I realised the questions were becoming less general and more detailed that I refused to answer any more. But by then she had my age, my wife’s name, my email address and home address. She promised a follow up call but I’ve now blocked her number. An hour later I received a junk email about a special offer, that I immediately deleted. Very annoyed with myself.
Someone above says his sister went through with it and got the holiday. But really? I guess the scammers go on this site to confuse people more!
My advice to you and to myself is never answer unfamiliar numbers - If it’s genuine or urgent, they’ll leave you a message.
Never respond to messages that seem odd.
Always hang up if the caller doesn’t get straight to the point or starts the conversation with a question.

Caller: Bel Louis Lady called me just now saying that as I was a home owner under the age of 56 I had somehow qualified for a whole bunch of their rubbish... I asked how she got my number, didn't answer, said 'someone will call you again later today' and then hung up on me. I've blocked the number.

Caller: Belouis A polite Australian sounding woman phoned saying I'd won a Bunnings voucher, Dan Murphy's voucher or a years supply of Netflix, she said I'd entered a competition on Facebook and had all my details.
Then they set up a zoom call to try to get your acct details and financial information. The guy on zoom was of African appearance. Do not give out your details.
Big RED FLAG.

Received a phone call from a woman saying that I had won a google home mini or laptop from a survey I completed, asked what survey it was and they said that it could have been a coles / shopping / bunnings survey (I have only done the coles surveys). She then asked if I was a home owner (which I was until Sept 2019), which I am not at the moment, she said OK will take you off the list and hung up. Very suspicious.

Caller: Belouis Called by: 0480 099 132 on behalf of Belouis Some polite Australian sounding lady called.
She claimed I signed up for some garbage 2 years ago. I knew it was a load of crap because I don't sign up to things & especially wouldn't disclose financial details or anything. I asked what details they had prior to giving any information & they read out my parents address where I grew up, not sure how they would have that. I definitely wouldn't have given it 2 years ago.
The whole thing sounded like a scam. Looked at the website & they don't even employ Australians, so theres a guarantee right there that they don't care about Aussies. Plus no company gives free help to anyone or goes out of their way to help people without getting something in return.
Don't disclose any details to them, ask to be removed from the system. They're a scam company & they've obtained personal data from unknown ways they can't disclose/don't know.
I asked the lady as well if they are an ASX listed company, she said she doesn't know what the ASX is. It's an investment company, but they don't know what the ASX is? SCAM.

Caller: Belouis Found this thread searching for Belouis and voucher. Now calling from 0450 712 122. Have been offered a $100 voucher to listen to a financial presentation on how to pay off mortgage and reduce tax. Not sure whether to go ahead just to get the voucher but most certainly will not be giving any more personal info
