Claimed to have a buyer for my property which has NEVER been listed for sale. Caller had my unlisted landline and mobile numbers. Couldn't tell me where he got my details from and started to say something about credit application. I have NOT applied for credit. When I said I was on do not call register he said he would remove my details. They had previously tried to contact me using a different mobile number which I had blocked.

Caller: Unsure...caught the business name Northcote but am unsure now

Told me he was searching for off market houses in my neighborhood for other people (clients) to buy it. NO THANKS! That is why it is not on the market.

Asked if I was interested in selling a place that my ex-wife won as part of the divorce. When they call, DO NOT provide them with your name and insist they provide their name and a contact number or email address.

Caller: "Lawrence" from Nokk Property Group

Call to advise that he had high end buyers interested in purchasing my property - which is not for sale - scam caller - also left a voicemail message. Scam caller for sure. He had my name and property address too!

They are still doing the same in December 2024 . Very annoying

They said they were from Northcote and working on behalf of a client but couldn't tell me their, but was happy to tell me my old details (old address). I question who they were and all he would say was he worked for a data company.

This person has called me couple of times and wanted me to call them back. I have blocked number and. They are still calling me and leaving messages.

Person greeted me by my name. I said sorry I'm a busy with work at the moment and she hung up straight away without a word. If they call you try to find and post their full name so they can at least be identifiable and accountable...shameless people.

Called and I answered, but they immediately hung up when I said, "Hello".

Some energy savings group. Didn’t let them do their speil. He worked hard to try to confirm my name.
