Lately, I've entered their number in my contacts and given them the name of Nuisance #1..etc.

It shows on my phone and I know not to answer.

Reachtel political survey robocall. Calls from this number are blocked and diverted to my scammer answering machine. It BS'ed to my answering machine for several minutes.

Rang my parents home phone after 6pm and both myself and my parent answered and both of us said
“Hello”
My parent says “what are you doing ringing this number?”
Me: I just wanted to check how ya doing? I haven’t seen you for a few minutes lol NAH some unrecognisable number just rang and just as I was about to BURP into the receiver, you picked up and they hung up hahaha

7:30pm they rang again and it was an automated computer speaking and my other parent started yelling abuse “No Way F*ck off ya stupid c*nt d*ckhead”
Meanwhile I’m in the background screaming “yeah f*ck off ya c*nt go back to India”
Parent hangs up and I say “what accent did they have?”
Parent: none, it was a computer (laughs)
Me: hahahahaha

Just for laughs - we don’t normally speak like this. Maybe one too many episodes of Housos lol
