Living in Pilbara West Australia.
Been getting these messages ref survey about election in WA in March for a while.
Number blocked now, just get a notification they rang.

Called but missed answering it. Checked phone log and have missed this number 4 times. Checked to find it is an unsolicited survey about Covid-19. We are meant to be on the do not call register. What is the point? Keep getting unsolicited calls to complet surveys or dodgy physhing calls. About to cut off the landline, fed up with constantly receiving crap calls. The same thing is now also happening on my mobile number. I dont answer either phone unless I know who it is.

I rang the number back, long message saying would keep ringing me until they got an answer but I could 'opt out' by ringing 1800 870 649 - oh yeah? first up I never opted in so most definitely won't be doing any opting out, and ring their 1800 number? not b----y likely mate.

Covid survey

Hung up before I could answer it. Normally don't answer unknown or hidden numbers, but was asked by police to do so for the next week or so because they would probably need to contact me re an upcoming court case. So far this week, I have had the pleasure of telling two would be scammers to "eff off" despite being on the do not call register. Glad I was able to check 0488 822 648 before wasting time and money phoning back.

Apparently survey on Covid management. Automatic machine operated survey. Did not complete the survey. Hung up after it started with asking about political party preference.

kept calling 5 times in the last couple of hours - no one there . It just hangs up and the phone says missed call - blocked now!

Unsolicited call. Opportunity given on message bank screening but no message left (suggesting automated, scam or at best gutless opportunistic telemarketing). Taking no chances looking at the >200 complaints. I will block the number.

Once again, at 6.40pm and for what?
Second call today. and refuse to answer.
No point in blocking number as they change numbers. No point in being on the DNC register. Number has “Australia” not town or city as to where these calls come from.
