When I answered, a robotic-sounding voice repeatedly said "Please hold the line". I've heard this before from landline numbers but never ostensibly from a mobile. They're a PEST.

Caller: Scammers Just lazy scammers. Look at the number, 04??? 99 1516. Too lazy to try for legit looking numbers, just numbers their simple brains can concoct.
