Can barely understand him. Asked if I was home owner which is none of his business and if we had solar panels

Asked if I wanted solar told them I had them, then got asked if I'd want them if I got some happy time. I ummm'd and went nah its OK.

The caller was hard to understand; what I made out - he was wanting me to verify that I had requested that all my calls were going to be blocked.
When I asked if he could block his own number, he called me stupid, and hug up.
