You should report them to the your local Liquor Licensing Commissioner re irresponsible service of alcohol. It appears they have disregarded previous action by ACMA re advertising practices, however having their licence taken off them will effectively shut the business down (at least in your state/territory)

Constant calling from the wine company . - ive told them im now going to AA and he still wanted to sell me a case.
