Scam, Robert calling from Aus governmnet final warning

After a few seconds a recorded Asian female voice started talking. Not a clue what they wanted. Only answered because my phone flagged the number as suspicious

Number came up on my screen then instantly sent me a text message saying to call back to hear the message: No message left on my answering service
