When I answered there was a long delay, then a female voice with an Indian accent (and background noise of a call centre) told me that she was calling regarding my NBN connection. I told her that everything was working OK and I didn't want to continue the conversation, then terminated the call. Definitely a scam.

Received called today from this number - Number not recognised by me, call not answered.

Called the number back to hear a recorded message that they had recently called as part of a marketing campaign. Fair enough. Blocked!
