Yet another "not connected" number when you call back
Seems they are working their way through the whole series of 0485 953 0__ phone numbers.

Claims to be from the ABS and asked about age, marital status and income. Then asked to confirm my postcode which was incorrect (it was an old postcode). When I asked where that data had been generated from, she said that it was on their system. I asked again where their system had got that information and she hung up. She also used my informal (not legal) name. So obviously data fishers who have hacked some online info.

Claimed to be from ABS and started asking questions about me , told her she should write a letter, call terminated immediately without saying goodbye...how rude ..... Fishing for info

The person hanged up when i said hello. Definitely a scam

Caller: Said they were from Australian Bureau of Statistics doing a Survey

Said the Survey would take 10 seconds. Try to get personal information off me and when I said I wasn't comfortable to continue they hung up on me before I could finish or ask them any questions. Dodgy!!

called 26/03/24 not in my contacts, ignored, no message left. On the blocked list now
