Someone sellers wine.

Caller: Wine club

Made the mistake of ordering wine once. Have asked to be taken off their call list. I block their number. They continue to call on a different mobile number every time.

Caller: Wine Concierge Club - Oakroad Estate

I have lodged a complaint with the ACMA about Oakridge Estate & their wine concierge club calls.
I receive wine sales calls daily. They use many phone numbers. I block them & still they come!
I have requested verbally & in writing to remove my number from their contact lists. No response.

ACMA response today:
"We can advise that this year Liquor Control Victoria (formerly the Victoria Commission for Gambling and Liquor) imposed a new licence condition on the Wine Concierge. The licence condition is as follows: 

A chatbot must not be used to offer, sell or supply liquor. A chatbot is defined as a computer program that simulates and/or processes human conversation (either written or spoken), allowing people to interact with digital devices as though they were communicating with a natural person. 

Any calls from the Wine Concierge that use a chatbot (robocaller) are subsequently now prohibited by this unique licence condition.  

If you receive any further calls from the Wine Concierge using a chatbot we encourage you to report them to the Liquor Control Victoria as breaches of the Wine Concierge's liquor licence. Reports to the Liquor Control Victoria can be submitted at Submit a complaint about the liquor industry | vic.gov.au (www.vic.gov.au).

If the number that is receiving the calls is on the Do Not Call Register, you can also complain to the Do Not Call Register at Do Not Call Register - Lodge a complaint or by calling 1300 792 958, Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm. "

Had 4 phone calls in 2 days, no messages left so will block.

Caller: annoying wine club

one of at least 15 calls I've received - numbers all with rotating last digits, all annoying wine clubs, which is the name that they are appearing as now in my phone contacts - those that haven't been blocked.

Caller: wine place

Wine place call more than once every day and have been for several years. They use different numbers and I have 26 confirmed numbers in a contact that is blocked but they keep using new numbers. Harrasment

Caller: Wine Connoisseur

2 nights ago and after hours, I called leaving a series of messages to delete my number or I'll take action. Since then, I've had calls from XX647 and xx642 and 640 unanswered and blocked. Yes, I will take action. I bought the worst wine in the world a couple of years ago and this is how they repay me :D

Lots of calls over past few days but doesn’t leave a message. I messaged back saying message me if you want to talk with me but no response and keeps calling.

Keep getting calls. Presumer they are scammers
