They try and sell you wine. If you refuse or hangup on them, they start calling and leaving messages which is just music playing for 3 minutes. Never, ever buy wine from them, because they just won't leave you alone after that.

Put the phone down as soon as answered. Likely to be a wine club, who just won't take no for an answer
