Caller: Investment property people - use your Super?

We did this with another company that went under, the speel is that you can use your Super to build an investment property and therefore the banks lend you the full money and costs - over the value of the build. Your then SUPPOSED TO ??? Get tax incentives off your tax returns on the depreciation etc. we never saw any incentive apart from selling the property when their was an increase but when you pay out the cost loan = interest only loan and the other build loan - variable loan and the fees and capital gain. I won’t do it again. You’re always poor. With all the costs and interest on the loan + the worry if you don’t get a good Real estate and if you get a good tenant. If they don’t look after the property or after the 12 mths builders protection. If things start going wrong the costs is on you. Do your research
