They called and were asking me to participate in their inquiries. I said I didn’t want to. They said they’d call later. I said not to. I’m sure they’ll call again.

Called me on behalf of Powercor based on a complaint I lodged. Had no details of the complaint, only my name and contact number. Proceeded to run through the call T&C’s for 2 minutes when I agreed to provide feedback about Powercor’s terrible service. Then proceeded to notify me their quota was reached for the day and they didn’t need my feedback. A waste of time & during disgusting that a company like Powercor give customer details to these 3rd party nuisances.
