No its a scam! If you ring latitude, they will tell you no one has called from them! I've had multiple calls now off this number! One female and one male

2 numbers been ring me 0485 834 425 and 0485 834 442. I answer one they said Latitude finance and ask me if i want a top up on my loan. I said i just got a top up on my loan about a months ago. And she keep taking if i want a top up again? Why would i get a top up on my loan when i just got one?

When you try and call back, it diverts to Latitude, which is not right because the original call came from a mobile number. Definitely not latitude ....
What they’re doing is trying to convince people they are latitude.
I believe they got my phone number This from the Latitude hack.
Can’t wait to abuse them next time they call...

Claim to be from Latitude and knew my name and all my account balances. I asked if I could apply through the Latitude website and they lost interest and hung up on me. Looks like scam since it's a random mobile number.

It is NOT a scam. I recently applied for a latitude loan and received a call from this number giving me an update on my application status. They did not ask me for any personal information, just to confirm the reasoning behind some direct debits on my bank statement that I uploaded. I even phoned the number on their website to confirm this number

This is 100% a scammer, this company Pivotel Satellite Pty Limited is well known for hosting scammer mobile numbers. You can try and call them and report this scammer, they have a contact number on their website but in my experience, they don't do a thing.

The Indian sounding man tried to convince me that I have a mortgage and a commonweal bank account - I have neither.

Is this what you do for fun?
You don’t work for Latitude.
Only a scammer would go to the trouble of trying to convince people looking this number up that it’s legit.

Ask yourself this:
Would you come in here, go to all the trouble of leaving a good review of a mobile number in your own unpaid time, about a credit card company?

No one does that unless you’re a scammer. Do not get sucked in by the positive comments here about this number.


Received a call from this number today from Francis.

He claimed to be from Latitude and was offering a personal loan at a great interest rate because I’ve been a loyal long term customer since 2xxx.

Francis sounded genuine and sincere.

Except he was off with my join date by a few years.

I exclaimed I’m busy and requested this to be done over email.

He insisted doing it by phone, so I arranged a call back in a few hours.

And here I am researching the scam and reading the reviews from his number.

It’s a scam.

Latitude don’t ring using random mobile number I.D’s.

Never would I have given any details he couldn’t give me about myself.

This number called me as well and without thinking I gave them my birth date and middle name. I only realised it was a scam when they kept providing me with partial answers to security questions, “like your birth date ends in 97 what’s the month and date?”. Have I given away any info they can use? Or did they need access to bank statements???

It's a spam call! They are pretending to be latitude, I even called up latitude and asked them if they were trying to contact me and they haven't. I've had 3 missed calls via this number.

just because this number is used occasionally, Bill Latitude doesn’t mean that all calls from this phone number from Latitude. Scammers can spoof any phone number they want.. In my case, it was definitely 100% a scam call.
