Has the exact same thing happen to me just a couple hours ago.

Levitate, calling about Super Health Check. When I asked which super they are affiliated with, they Just hung up.

Didn't know number. Didn't answer. Didn't ring long enough to go to message bank. My partner got a similar call minutes later from a different unknown number

This person was EXTREMELY RUDE. When I answered the phone (5th time they’d called, I’d declined 4 other times) I told them I wasn’t interested in whatever they wanted and to stop calling me. He told me “well maybe if you answer your phone we wouldn’t have to keep calling you!” I told him it was my right to continue declining their calls as I wasn’t interested. He told me I should answer it. My response was I didn’t give them my number to be contacted so it was well within my right to not answer. He wanted to argue more so I hung up. Officials really need to step up and shut this business down.

This number called me and then hung up when I answered. They now will not stop calling. The issue is that it’s my business number, I HAVE to answer calls I do not know incase it’s a customer!

called to asked if my superannuation fund is funding good! He adviaed that in 12-48hrs there telemarketing consultant will call me back to offer something to boost my superannuation! I advised to him that my superannuation is fine nothing to worry about!

This is a Scammer. They ring for only a couple of rings so that the Android phones don't have enough time to identify it as a scam call. They will ring numerous times throughout the day for only short burst of rings

I asked male caller whether he was a call centre staff member or whether he actually knew something about superannuation. He told me he couldn't answer that question because that would be giving me personal advice.

My details have got out somehow (sold, stolen, leaked- do not know) even though I am on the do not call register and now I keep getting calls from numbers that hang up before I can even answer them,- like numerous (3 or more) calls of this sort every day, on calling them back all of them want the caller (me in this case) to contact them via email which I guess is the final bit of my information they need. I am in agreeance with the person who says the provider of these numbers and also the supplier of our details to these people should be fined.

0458 826 XXX ... Always call and hang up. Block one and they call from another. Normally have the prefix as abovementioned. Every bloody day! So much for the "Do Not Call" register!!
