I called the number back and just said customer service agent my guess it is a scam call because most people will leave a message to xall back across text you call back the company. Best just to block them.

A missed but want to know if it’s a scam or not.

When you call back (using an obscure land line number) the recorded message says 'Customer Service' .... not identifiable, so almost certainly scam call !!

No message left - probably was the scammer ! If they just said customer service agent before .... sounds very scammy

Selling health insurance tells you the call is recorded for training purposes.

Claimed to be from the Federal Government Solar program. Clearly an overseas call centre.
