This has happened to me twice in the last 3 days. I am not with Telstra. I don't know how they have my personal information.

Received a phone call from this mobile number from a woman with an Indian accent saying that she was calling from Telstra billing department in Melbourne stating that she can offer 40% on my monthly bill. Asked the woman how that can be done, she then started to be aggressive and asked if I was going to take it. Keep asking the operator how they were going to save me money on my bill, she then called me an idiot and hung up.

It was a lady claiming to being from Telstra, offering a discount on a phone service.

I do not believe they were Telstra.
