These people are OUTRIGHT LIARS!!! ... LIARS!!! .... This time it's 'Koby Graham' calling (although being SE QLD, we have a Kobi Graham/celebrity Surfer here, so ?using false names as well???) .. first she claimed she had been "in talks" with our Owner, using his name (so they look up owners/names etc) about Work Health & Safety - then she back-tracked when I revealed -I- am the person responsible for that area in our business. Further conversation she admitted (finally!) calling for 'Peninsula' helping businesses with WH&S, and Fair Work etc ... admitted they charge a fee for their services. Advised we have told other telemarketers to stop using our number, that this is UNSOLICITED and we are on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER, so they are committing an offence by calling us. .. she just hung up on me.

This company's telemarketing practices are atrocious. If you've been getting nuisance calls from them, go to their website (https://peninsulagrouplimited.com.au) and use the 'Chat' bot, to speak to a person and REPORT the caller (they probably give a false name, we had one give us the name of a local celebrity when asked for her name AND she initially implied she was calling FOR/FROM Work Health & Safety until I questioned that) ... give them the details, you don't have to put in your actual business name and number, just type 'irrelevant' '1234567890' for example, and wait for a person to respond. Then give them the run down of what their telemarketers are doing. O

Same number has called twice. Is actually a blocked number by Vodafone but somehow got to leave a voicemail about Fair Work.

When pressed about what HR he was wanting to discuss with the manager he was unwilling to give detail. As a sales person terrible at their job.

Called from Peninsula (https://peninsulagrouplimited.com.au/) about the new WHS legislative requirements and other WHS concerns - we're covered; that's MY role ... then wanted to know about HR issues ... that's the GM's role ... thankfully he was in a sales meeting. Have sent a request to them via their website, for us to be removed from their contact/call list.

Left a voicemail with a name I can't decipher clearly. Wants to discuss "my fair work and safe work obligations". No, thanks. I'll let my employer worry about that.
