One bag of my order was missing and this was the number I had to contact to connect me to the driver he couldn’t understand a word I was saying, he kept saying yeah, yeah yeah and then he kept hanging up, it was very frustrating. I ended up reporting to ubereats that my order had missing items, luckily they refunded, but something needs to be done about how we can communicate with drivers more easily.

I was briefly connected by Uber's phone-redirection service to someone with weak English or someone who affected weak English. This cost me $39. I don't know what to say about this except that this was a scam and not a food delivery service.

To think you guys deserve a tip for not being able to even do the bare minimum shows what type of entitled c•nt you are. Since when does taking something from point A to point B deserve a tip? And REMEMBER to treat your drivers kindly. $7.80 delivery fee to bring you maccas at 2 am, drive around your apartment building for 20minutes trying to find a misnumbered apartment then climbing 5 flights of stairs JUST TO DEAL WITH YOUR WHINGING sh*t is no where near enough!
