continual spam from The Workshop Auto in Mentone. http://www.theworkshop.com.au/ won't stop spamming me, even though I called to ask them to stop 4 times now. Replying STOP does nothing. To: The Workshop, I have reported you to ACMA.

The company using this number is currently "Course You Can" and they are a training broker. They are not a course provider. They do not comply with the standards for VET sector advertising.

It is a number used by SMS Broadcast. Businesses use this number to send mass SMS's to customers/clients.
