The message I received from 0481 071 118 referred to a follow up call I would receive from the Social Research Center at Monash University. There is no Social Research Centre at Monash University. To decline I was advised to call 1800 028 040. ..

This is the social research centre which is based in north Melbourne. They are legit and only do government surveys or university studies. No market research and deffs not a scam, you can google them and the place comes up

Scammers they call you and make it look like a legit survey then ask your postcode and area you from then say oh sorry we've already to many people surveyed from that area,Sounds suss to me

Text message about student outcomes with an encrypted link. All too obvious a scam.

Social Research Centre rang me asking me to participate in a Cancer Research survey.

Verified on Facebook with the Social Research Centre - it is their phone number and they do surveys on behalf of government agencies and universities.

Shame they make their messages sound very scam-like.
