It looks like Ipsos ABN 52 070 101 352 they text saying they will call to see if you can take part in a study for a government agency. It would help to leave a message and declare what agency they are working for, in this present time of numerous scammers.

I've had 2 calls from this number, both going to straight to my 'missed calls'. They seem to be bypassing voicemail. Anyone who does that, creeps me out and there's no way I'll ever ring their number. Calls made 16 & 27 April 2024.
