The lady that called from this number needs a new job, she was extremely rude and is calling to sell health insurance. Even if I needed health insurance I would not give this lady chance because of how rude she was. Needs a change in career because customer service is not her best trait.

Optichoice have been an absolute pain.. THey need to listen and take me off their list. Getting to the point i'm going to send a formal complaint.
